Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

This policy explains what Vectenza ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and the Vectenza Studio, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and an account ID.
  • Your images and results. Images you upload and the vector files made from them are stored privately in your account so you can reopen them. Only you can see them.
  • Usage records. For each conversion we record when it ran, whether it succeeded, file sizes and processing time, and how many of your daily and bonus credits you have used. If you rate a result or leave a comment, we keep that too.
  • API keys and API results. If you create a developer API key we store a one-way hash of it (never the key itself), its name, and when it was created and last used. Images converted through the API are not kept; their results are stored privately so you can download them.
  • Contact messages. If you use the contact form we receive the topic, your name (if given), your email address and your message. They are delivered to us through Google Forms and kept in our Google account.
  • Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many requests can be made, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

To run the service: convert your images, show your history, apply your daily credits, prevent abuse, fix problems, improve result quality, and reply to messages. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your images to train AI models.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you sign in, your session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the service for us: Google (sign-in, hosting, file storage and contact messages), Supabase (sign-in and database) and Google Fonts. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account details and usage records are kept while you have an account. Images and results are kept until you delete them; your history shows images used in the last 30 days. Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond.

Your choices

  • Delete any image and its results from your history in the Studio at any time.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account through our contact page.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and uploaded files are kept in private storage that only the service can read. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

Vectenza is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
